The site has two decks; one next to the camper with removable sections at the doors for easier removal of the camper from the site. The second deck is ground level and is behind the camper with a built-in fire pit and 4 planter boxes with spaces underneath the boxes that can be used for speakers to create a surround sound effect and for watching movies at night on a mobile screen.
There are two sets of patio furniture, 1 is a 4-piece Hampton Bay wicker set that includes 2 rockers, a love-seat lounger (navy blue cushions included) and a coffee table.
A large umbrella that extends over the seating area.
The other set is a 5-piece dinette set which includes the table, 4 chairs and an umbrella with base.
We also have a yellow 10x17 Harbor Freight shelter with inside shelving, & A Red 2006 EZGO 48V TXT Golf cart with charger.
The camper is a top-of-the-line 2016 42' Jayco Pinnacle FLSA (Living room is in the front of the camper and the bedroom is in the back). Upgrades include slide-out covers on all 5 slides, 3 air conditioners, full sized residential refrigerator, back-up camera, stone fireplace, gas and electric heat and more.
Tires have less than 500 miles of use with covers included. Our preference is to sell the camper and site together.
